Full Job Description
Power Bridge is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity GRC Analyst to provide external services until 31 October 2026. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end preparation and execution of upcoming audits, map technical controls to organizational policies, and collaborate with the security architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional security frameworks and regulatory mandates, with technical literacy to optimize compliance enforcement with Security Operations, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Scope of Work:
- Compliance & Frameworks: Assist in control and evidence collection management for key compliance frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, BSIG, and DORA.
- Audit: Support end-to-end preparation and execution of external security audits (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2).
- Architecture Support & Control Mapping: Partner with technical teams to evaluate cloud and system architectures, translating governance policies into verifiable technical requirements and assessing system configurations against corporate security baselines.
- AI Regulatory Control Execution: Collaborate with legal teams to translate EU AI Act and global AI mandates into technical requirements, validating AI deployments, LLM-driven pipelines, and product integrations against compliance standards.
- GRC Engineering: Work with GRC Engineers to design automated compliance workflows, custom scripts, and data collection mechanisms for continuous control monitoring.
- GRC Platform Utilization: Leverage GRC platforms for compliance management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity GRC consultancy and 2+ years in Engineering, Security Operations, Security Architecture, or related fields.
- Regulatory & Standard Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, EU cybersecurity regulations (NIS2, CRA, DORA), and ISO/IEC 42001. Familiarity with Common Criteria (EAL4+) is a plus.
- Audit Experience: Experience managing end-to-end audit lifecycles.
- Architectural Collaboration: Strong technical literacy to evaluate cloud environments, identity architectures, and software supply chains.
- Project Delivery: Ability to onboard autonomously and deliver immediate value within 6 months.
- AI Efficiency: Experience leveraging AI tools in workflows.
- Open Source Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source software is advantageous.
- Certifications: Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
- Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2+ years in office administration or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance coordination and asset management systems.
