As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be a key member of our Cybersecurity Architecture team, defending computer systems and networks against evolving cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include implementing, deploying, and maintaining security solutions to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This role is crucial for building customer trust through robust cybersecurity and infrastructure management. You will leverage your expertise across networks, servers, systems, and hardware to deploy advanced solutions that meet and exceed compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring & Incident Handling: Monitor Palo Alto NGFW and Prisma Access for alerts. Respond to Level 1 tickets for VPN, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access connectivity issues. Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
• Basic Configuration & Maintenance: Assist with basic policy changes and rule reviews. Support Prisma Access onboarding for new users and devices. Maintain logs, backups, and documentation.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily health check reports and document troubleshooting steps for the knowledge base.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely incident resolution within SLA.

Required Skills And Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in engineering/deploying network security technologies (SASE solutions) like Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler.
• PCNSA (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator) certification.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining security systems and implementing new ones.
• Deep understanding of Palo Alto NGFW and Prisma Access architecture.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies (Global Protect), SSL/TLS, and IPSec.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing basics).
• Experience with cloud security, cyber resiliency/incident management, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies (IoT, AI).
• Expertise in network, host, and cloud-based security, attack techniques, analysis, and investigation.
• Deep understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, adversary tactics, and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills And Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Prisma Access training or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in security monitoring and advanced analytics (UEBA).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks.
