Security Analyst - Cybersecurity

Black Box is seeking a skilled Security Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of core cybersecurity systems, with a primary focus on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and fine-tune security platforms including CrowdStrike EDR, SIEM, Cisco Secure Endpoint, and Forcepoint DLP.
• Identify, investigate, and mitigate cyber threats across a global enterprise environment.
• Manage IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, including GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT infrastructure teams to enforce security policies.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and SOAR/XDR platforms. Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and SOC2 frameworks.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, Security+, or GIAC-related credentials.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
