Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst II to significantly enhance and maintain the robust security posture of our corporate environment. In this pivotal role, you will manage critical domains including identity security, endpoint protection, SaaS governance, and cloud security oversight. You will collaborate closely with corporate employees and technology teams to ensure a seamless balance between system security and operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Policy: Own and maintain key elements of the corporate security program, including identity governance, developing security policies, and conducting comprehensive posture reviews. Develop, communicate, and enforce acceptable use requirements across the organization.
- Access Management: Conduct rigorous access reviews to support least-privilege principles across all corporate systems and SaaS applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Endpoint & Cloud Security: Manage endpoint security standards and device baselines. Maintain expert working knowledge of cloud security principles across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), evaluating access controls and configurations to identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
- Incident Response & Vendor Mgmt: Coordinate with third-party providers for detections and investigations. Support vendor security reviews and assessments to ensure our supply chain remains secure.
- Culture & Awareness: Serve as the primary security resource for employees, supporting awareness initiatives and education efforts to foster a culture of cybersecurity excellence.
- Risk Reporting: Track metrics, risks, and program status, reporting directly to leadership. Stay current on emerging threats, industry best practices, and cloud security developments.
