Full Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) professionals across multiple seniority levels (Analyst, Senior Analyst, and CTI Manager / Lead). In this role, you will monitor, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats targeting the organization and our stakeholders. You will leverage leading Digital Risk Protection (DRP) and Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) alongside OSINT and dark web monitoring to deliver actionable tactical, operational, and strategic threat intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Threat Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor Surface, Deep, and Dark Web sources, OSINT, threat feeds, and commercial intelligence to identify emerging threats, threat actors, TTPs, vulnerabilities, and IOCs.
- Framework Alignment:
- Map adversary behavior using industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, the Cyber Kill Chain, and the Diamond Model.
- Platform Operations:
- Utilize hands-on expertise with DRP platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, Cyble, CrowdStrike, ZeroFox, Group-IB, Mandiant, CloudSEK) and Threat Intelligence Platforms (e.g., ThreatConnect, Anomali, Cyware, ThreatQuotient, Palo Alto TIM).
- Intelligence Delivery:
- Prepare clear threat advisories, tactical/strategic intelligence reports, executive briefings, and customer-facing advisories.
- Leadership & Strategy (Senior / Manager Levels):
- Oversee CTI service delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, mentor junior team members, and drive intelligence-led security operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
- Mid-Level: 5+ years in cybersecurity (3+ years in CTI, 2+ years in SOC).
- Senior Level: 7–10 years in cybersecurity (5+ years in CTI, 2+ years in SOC/IR/Threat Hunting/DFIR).
- Manager Level: 10+ years in cybersecurity (7+ years in CTI, 3+ years in SOC/Leadership).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong foundation in SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IOC lifecycle management, attack surface management (ASM), and malware analysis concepts.
- Certifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with CREST CTI or equivalent industry certifications.
- Strong executive presence, consulting ability, and written communication skills.
