We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Technology Risk Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and mitigating risks associated with security tools exclusion processes. You will be responsible for planning and executing program deliverables, ensuring they align with organizational objectives. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, tool owners, and leadership, to foster effective communication and program alignment. A key focus will be on supporting the identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks, particularly those related to security tools exclusions, and identifying data quality issues that require follow-up. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of program data, implement corrective actions for any identified gaps, and develop compelling dashboards, reports, and metrics to communicate program status, progress, and insights to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will drive process optimization by identifying and implementing improvements in people, processes, and technology to enhance overall program outcomes. Proficiency in using ServiceNow as the primary platform for program facilitation, and Jira/Confluence for tracking, reporting, and managing program activities, is essential.
