Allot is seeking a senior sales professional with a robust technical background in cybersecurity and telecommunications to lead complex, consultative sales engagements within the APAC region, specifically targeting Communication Service Providers (CSPs). This role is ideal for an individual who can deeply understand service design challenges, translate them into compelling use cases, and guide CSPs in adopting network-based security services for their consumer and SMB customer bases. Experience with CSPs in markets such as Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and India is highly advantageous.
In this role, you will lead consultative solution-selling engagements for SECaaS offerings with Tier 1 CSPs across APAC. You will engage with technical, security, network, IT, and product teams to grasp customer architectures, threat landscapes, and service requirements. Your responsibilities will include driving use-case definition and solution positioning, aligning Allot’s capabilities with CSP business objectives, regulatory needs, and operational constraints. You will also support technical discovery, solution design, evaluations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) in close collaboration with pre-sales and product teams. Articulating strong technical and business value propositions, including service differentiation, subscriber protection, and monetization potential, will be key. You will develop business cases and ROI models to support investment decisions for new security and value-added services. Collaboration across Pre-Sales, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Professional Services is essential to ensure solution feasibility and successful deployment. Providing structured customer feedback will be crucial for influencing the product roadmap and solution evolution. Account expansion will be driven through solution adoption, service enhancement, and new use-case introduction.
The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of experience working with Communication Service Providers and security vendors in APAC, with a significant focus on cybersecurity, network security, or telco value-added services. A proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical validation and solution design is required. Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, and translating complex security concepts into clear business outcomes, is essential. A solid understanding of telco network architectures and security technologies, such as DPI-based services, DNS security, DDoS protection, secure browsing, and parental controls, is necessary. Comfort in collaborating closely with engineering, product, and pre-sales teams to co-create customer solutions is expected. Strong analytical, presentation, and solution-framing skills, along with fluent English communication, are required. This position offers a flexible location within APAC (India, Malaysia, or Singapore) with the expectation of travel across the APAC region for customer engagements.
