About the Role

Shellkode is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security professional to join our team as an AI/ML Lead, with flexible work options including remote, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mumbai, and Delhi. We are looking for candidates with 0 to 15 years of experience to manage our security operations and threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emerging threats.
• Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT).
• Implement robust security best practices across Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Network infrastructures.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and enterprise security governance.
• Operate and manage SIEM and SOC workflows, including threat detection and hunting.
• Ensure adherence to global compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to foster a DevSecOps culture.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead incident remediation efforts.

Technical Requirements

• Expertise in Cyber Security, SOC/SIEM Monitoring, and VAPT.
• Proficiency in SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Strong background in Endpoint Security, Security Automation, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and security integration.
