Cyber Security-Fraud Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security-Fraud Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for advanced analysis, handling, and resolution of complex fraud incidents. You will leverage deep technical expertise and investigative skills, working with front-end solutions and security tools to safeguard organizational assets, ensure effective incident management, and continuously improve our detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Octoflow and Mosaic platforms for in-depth investigations and comprehensive reporting.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on detailed analytics derived from Octoflow and Mosaic.
  • Support the secure integration of APIs and web services within our fraud detection infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development teams to validate and enhance security features in applications.
  • Analyze and correlate logs using SIEM solutions to identify and mitigate suspicious activities.
  • Respond to real-time security alerts and actively participate in threat hunting initiatives.
  • Integrate threat intelligence feeds into operational systems to enhance proactive defense.
  • Regularly update detection mechanisms to counter evolving threats and emerging risks.
  • Lead the investigation and documentation of escalated fraud incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate swift containment, thorough investigation, and efficient recovery from incidents.
  • Conduct advanced forensic analysis on compromised systems and data.
  • Prepare detailed analysis reports, including compiled evidence, for legal and compliance reviews.
  • Implement data encryption strategies for applications and data at rest, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Manage Broadcom DLP for continuous monitoring and protection of sensitive information.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFE/GCFA)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Relevant SANS certifications in cyber forensics, incident response, or threat intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
