Cyber Security Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Infosys is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Hyderabad. This hybrid role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our enterprise-wide IAM platforms and their integrations.

About the Role:

As a Cyber Security Engineer specializing in IAM, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and enhancement of key IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Microsoft Entra ID. You will manage critical integrations with HR systems, Active Directory, and various applications, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and enhance IAM platforms (SailPoint, OIM, Entra ID).
• Manage integrations and connectors with HR systems, Active Directory, and applications.
• Troubleshoot platform-level issues and perform thorough root cause analysis.
• Support IAM platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Maintain role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Provide support to operational teams during incidents and major change initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep hands-on expertise in IAM tools and platforms is essential.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience with SQL and identity data analysis.
• A strong understanding of identity lifecycle architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues end-to-end.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
