Cyber Security Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Join Infosys in Chennai for a hybrid role focused on bolstering our enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our IAM platforms and their integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance core IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop and manage integrations and connectors with essential systems including HR platforms, Active Directory, and various applications.
- Proactively troubleshoot platform-level issues, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Support the deployment of IAM platform upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Maintain and refine role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows to ensure robust access control.
- Provide critical support to operational teams during incident response and major system changes within the Chennai hybrid work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated deep hands-on expertise with various IAM tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding and practical application of LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs in an enterprise context.
- Proven experience with SQL for querying and analyzing identity data.
- Solid comprehension of identity lifecycle architectures and best practices.
- Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues from inception to resolution.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
