Cyber Security Engineer

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Certification Engineer with expertise in product security compliance and certification, particularly in IEC 62443 standards. This role involves creating and managing compliance documentation for cybersecurity legislation, supporting the development of resilient products, and leading certification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Schneider Electric’s Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) to ensure secure product development.
• Facilitate security practices around certification compliance, specifying security requirements and leveraging cybersecurity standards.
• Identify, assess, and communicate cybersecurity risks effectively.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives related to certification, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Innovate efficiency in cybersecurity practices and support certifications for sites, teams, and products.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in an industrial setting (process control engineering).
• Certifications: Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 standards; preferred: ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist or higher.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of certification, compliance, and cybersecurity standards. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse teams.
