Infosys is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to ensure the robust performance and scalability of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms and their integrations. This hybrid role in Bengaluru offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical security infrastructure.
About the Role
This position focuses on maintaining the stability, performance, and scalability of IAM platforms and their integrations across the enterprise. You will play a key role in safeguarding digital identities and access controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage integrations and connectors with essential systems including HR platforms, Active Directory, and various applications.
- Troubleshoot platform-level issues and conduct thorough root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
- Support essential IAM platform upgrades, patching, and release cycles.
- Maintain and refine role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows.
- Provide crucial support to operational teams during incidents and major system changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated deep hands-on expertise in various IAM tools and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, SCIM, and REST APIs is essential.
- Proven experience with SQL and identity data analysis.
- A solid understanding of identity lifecycle architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues comprehensively from end-to-end.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
