Job Summary
As a Cyber Security Engineer with expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions, you will be instrumental in protecting an organization's sensitive data. This role involves a blend of technical implementation and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Understand and implement use cases and workflows for DLP or CASB solutions.
- Deploy and integrate DLP/CASB platforms within diverse customer environments.
- Configure, manage, and maintain security platforms such as Netskope, Forcepoint, or Zscaler.
- Create, update, and tune policies across Netskope components, including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DLP.
- Analyze client business needs to implement effective policies for sensitive information protection and anticipate future requirements.
- Review DLP/CASB solution deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrate management exposure and confidence in implementing and configuring policies on relevant platforms.
- Manage the implementation, support, and maintenance of DLP/CASB solutions, collaborating with internal and OEM teams.
- Maintain technical proficiency in data protection and liaise with OEM teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
- Evaluate and test various platforms to provide feedback on tool efficiency.
Experience and Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Varonis, Forcepoint, Zscaler, or Netskope platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity implementations and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of Data Protection policies and standards.
- Strong client management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive attitude.
- Effective teamwork and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
- Proven background in Data Protection and management of DLP/CASB platforms.
Requirements
- Certifications: Netskope, Forcepoint, or Zscaler-related certifications or training are highly desirable.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
