Cyber Security Engineer - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai

Are you a seasoned Cyber Security professional with 3 to 8 years of experience and a passion for safeguarding digital assets? We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. This is a full-time opportunity with a focus on innovation and excellence in the cybersecurity domain.

In this role, you will be instrumental in protecting our systems and data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and analyzing security events across SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, and Sentinel.
• Performing incident detection, investigation, and response for critical security alerts.
• Conducting Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (VA/PT) and managing the remediation process.
• Managing and monitoring firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR).
• Engaging in proactive threat hunting and analyzing suspicious activities and logs.
• Implementing and maintaining robust security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) and privileged access controls.
• Working on cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) configuration reviews and continuous monitoring.
• Performing risk assessments, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents, and preparing comprehensive security reports.
• Coordinating with IT, Network, and SOC teams for escalations and timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Cyber Security, Security Operations Center (SOC), or Network Security.
• Hands-on proficiency with SIEM platforms like Splunk, QRadar, or Sentinel.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and EDR/XDR solutions.
• A solid understanding of network protocols and Linux/Windows security principles.
• Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift or rotational environment as required.
