Cyber Security Analyst

Infosys is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst for its Security Operations Center (SOC) in Chennai. This hybrid role focuses on strengthening access governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing for audits throughout the user access lifecycle using Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) practices. Key responsibilities include executing periodic access reviews and certification campaigns, supporting internal and external audits (SOX, ISO, SOC, etc.), and enforcing least privilege access and policy compliance. The analyst will also analyze access violations, track remediation effectiveness, and generate governance dashboards, metrics, and reports. Maintaining access governance policies and documentation is also a core part of this position. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), a strong understanding of audit and compliance frameworks, and experience with the governance and reporting modules of IAM tools. Excellent analytical and documentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with auditors and business stakeholders, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
