Cyber Security Analyst

Join Infosys as a Cyber Security Analyst specializing in Security Operations Center (SOC) functions in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru. This position is crucial for ensuring robust access governance, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving audit readiness throughout the user access lifecycle by leveraging best practices in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Your responsibilities will include executing periodic access reviews and certification campaigns, providing support for internal and external audits (such as SOX, ISO, and SOC), and enforcing the principle of least privilege access to ensure policy compliance. You will also be tasked with analyzing access violations, tracking the effectiveness of remediation efforts, and producing comprehensive governance dashboards, key metrics, and reports. A significant part of the role involves maintaining and updating access governance policies and related documentation. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools, a strong understanding of audit and compliance frameworks, and familiarity with the governance and reporting modules of IAM solutions. Excellent analytical and documentation skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with auditors and business stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
