Cyber Security Analyst - Memphis, TN

FedEx is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst to develop cyber-intelligence solutions and protect company systems from security threats. This role supports identity and access management operations, security controls, audits, troubleshooting, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cyber-intelligence solutions under general supervision to prevent internal or external attacks targeting email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.
• Support technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access (IAM), and mobility domains.
• Research attempted or successful compromise efforts of system security and design countermeasures.
• Provide management with information on the negative business impact caused by theft, destruction, alteration, or denial of access to information and systems.
• Support SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC IAM operations, including identity lifecycle activities (provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests).
• Manage access certifications, reviews, monitoring, validation, remediation, and escalation for IAM processes.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or technical leads.
• Support SailPoint application onboarding, aggregation, correlation, and provisioning activities.
• Assist with IAM integrations involving Active Directory, Workday, LDAP, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Support audit, SOX, compliance, and cybersecurity control activities by providing required evidence.
• Execute established SOPs, operational procedures, and change processes consistently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, job aids, and operational procedures.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify access or identity discrepancies.
• Participate in testing for SailPoint enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production changes.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent formal training/experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT information security.
• General knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.

About the Role:This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN (or Plano, TX / Pittsburgh, PA). Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location to work at the FedEx site several times per week.
