Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong understanding of information security principles and practical experience in data protection and cloud security.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.

Required Skills:

• 3-6 years of combined experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain.
• Hands-on experience with data protection technologies such as Secure Browser/Browser Isolation solutions (e.g., Prisma Access Browser, Menlo Browser).
• Experience delivering broader SASE capabilities (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, SD-WAN) and/or managed SASE approaches.
• Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology.
• Expertise in Extension Deployment & Lifecycle Management, Secure Access Strategy, Data Protection & Governance, and Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization.
• Strong technical architectural security knowledge.
• Experience with Endpoint and Deployment Management.
• Excellent Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and problem analysis skills.
• Skills in Log Analysis and Forensics.
• Knowledge of various VPN types, Encryption Standards, and Certificates.
• Strong understanding of security controls in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS service hardening.
• Ability to write technical reports and communicate technical information effectively to business users.
• Understanding of information security frameworks, incident management/response, security operations, and application security best practices.
• Competency with Microsoft Windows and MacOS Operating Systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional security certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, Security+ or CISM are desirable.
• Experience with PowerShell command-line scripting is a plus.
