Cyber Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM) at PwC Acceleration Center India

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a Sr. Associate role within their IAM POD (L3/L4).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of strategic cybersecurity solutions that protect clients' critical business and data assets. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Identity and Access Management capabilities across enterprise client environments, encompassing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM).

Key responsibilities include driving secure identity lifecycle processes, implementing automation, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring governance, compliance, and audit readiness. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and global experts to enhance cyber resilience, meet regulatory compliance, and drive innovation. This role demands hands-on technical delivery, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to improving cyber managed services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing end-to-end engineering and operational support for IAM services.
• Focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM).
• Driving secure identity lifecycle processes and automation.
• Ensuring governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and global experts.
• Delivering hands-on technical solutions and operational excellence.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements, validating data, and adhering to risk management procedures.
• Communicating effectively and staying updated on industry developments.
• Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Over 5 to 8 years of hands-on IAM implementation and operations support experience.
• Relevant experience in end-to-end support of IAM services.
• Demonstrated knowledge and/or a proven record of success in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM).
• Proficiency in configuring, administering, and supporting IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt), PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea), and AM capabilities (e.g., Ping, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience with IAM concepts and protocols such as RBAC, SoD, least privilege, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience in developing operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Skilled in driving automation and integration using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ruby), REST APIs, and tooling (e.g., Postman).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT security, risk, and compliance teams.
• Experience in monitoring service health, SLA adherence, and performing root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, SQL, Java fundamentals.

Desirable Certifications:

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC (GCIH, GSEC, GCIA), CCSP, or equivalent.
• IAM-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint Certified Identity Security Engineer (Cloud), Saviynt Certified IGA Professional (SCIP), Cyberark CDE, Delinea Secret Server, Okta Certified Professional, Ping Federate Professional, Ping Directory Professional, Ping Identity Professional).
