Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst with specific expertise in CyberArk to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for immediate joiners with over 3 years of experience. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for managing CyberArk onboarding activities, including creating new safes, accounts, and platforms, and linking them to CyberArk. You will onboard and modify accounts using PVWA and the PACLI utility. Securely managing and monitoring privileged account access to target hosts via PSM & PSMP is a key responsibility. A strong understanding of CyberArk PAS components, including the Privilege Access Suite (PAS), Secure Password Vault and Safes, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privilege Session Manager (PSM & PSMP), and AIM/CP/CCP, is essential. You will manage passwords, ensuring compliance, and oversee user sessions directed through PSM and PSMP. Creating and modifying master policies, generating reports on safes and user activities, and knowledge of secure integrations with external services like LDAP/S and RADIUS are also required. Performing health checks on CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring components, and troubleshooting configuration and connectivity issues related to PAM services are crucial. This includes resolving connectivity issues to targets based on error messages and logs, managing CyberArk components, and server patching. Experience configuring and integrating with various CyberArk technologies is necessary. A good understanding of Linux Red Hat 7, Windows administration, database targets, LDAP, AD, IAM, and networking concepts including firewalls and routing is required. Familiarity with CyberArk Disaster Recovery, failover, and failback mechanisms is also important. You will be involved in deploying applications to CyberArk, administering privilege accounts, and handling complex and escalated incidents and requests. Responsibilities also include managing change management processes and deliveries, providing input during critical incidents, ensuring KPI compliance for all incidents and service calls, and adhering to notification and escalation processes. Regular team reviews will be part of the role.
