Crescendo Global is seeking an experienced SOC Operations Manager / SOC Lead to manage daily Security Operations Center (SOC) activities in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves leading a team focused on monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise for operational excellence in a dynamic security environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily SOC operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOC processes, SOPs, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and security standards.
- Manage and mentor SOC analysts and engineers to build a high-performance team.
- Drive improvements in security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR, along with automation initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead incident response activities and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports on threats, risks, and SOC performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and improvements in SOC operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Security Operations with leadership or program management exposure.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of threat hunting, vulnerability management, cloud security, and security monitoring tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GCIH are preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and crisis management abilities.
