Cyber Security Analyst - Bengaluru

ITC Infotech India Limited is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, maintain, and update security policies, procedures, and standards/baselines.
• Support accreditation programs including ISO27001, ISAE 3402 Type II, SOC2 Type 2, and PCI-DSS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as external auditors, business leaders, DPO, Legal, HR, and CIO teams to define critical security requirements.
• Drive security compliance monitoring and perform risk assessments for information security and cyber risks.
• Facilitate the adoption of global frameworks like NIST Cyber Security and CIS.
• Support the Business Continuity program, including BC Plans and Crisis Management.
• Conduct internal security audits and manage certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC).
• Perform comprehensive security audits on applications and IT infrastructure, encompassing network, operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, access control, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Application Firewalls, Proxies, cloud infrastructure (Azure/Amazon), web servers, data centers, email infrastructure, VPN, routers, backups, Disaster Recovery, and endpoint security.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments.

Minimum Qualifications & Background:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
• Undergraduate degree with one or more professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001 LA, CISA, CISSP).
• Proven experience implementing the ISO27001 standard.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27002, ISO27017, ISO27018, PCI DSS, NIST cyber security standards, and CIS benchmarks.
• Experience performing audits of cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of security-related technologies and cloud security principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
