Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: 5+ Years
• Relevant Salesforce Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define business, functional, and technical requirements, and actively participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Perform custom development and configuration on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies, user training, and documentation.
• Engage in the sales cycle, including solution definition, pre-sales activities, and project estimation and planning.
• Be hands-on in producing key deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application design, support, and practice development.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and general inquiries.
• Conduct code reviews for less experienced developers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, effectively assigning tasks and ensuring balanced workloads.
• Establish development environments independently and guide junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with client technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the design and implementation phases.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Possession of at least the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Proven experience delivering CRM projects for middle-market and enterprise-level organizations.
• Solid understanding and experience with complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and development principles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Unit Testing.
• Experience with core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
