The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for gathering client requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities include customizing the Salesforce platform, developing and executing testing strategies, and participating in the sales cycle. You will be hands-on in creating deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documents, and status reports. Proactive engagement in continuous improvement of application design and support is essential. This role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users, reviewing the work of junior developers, offering constructive feedback, and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. Setting up development environments and guiding a team of junior developers are also key aspects of this position. You will independently communicate with client technical teams and business owners.

Required experience includes a total of 5+ years with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce platforms. A Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory. Experience with CRM projects for middle market and enterprise-sized companies is essential. You should possess working knowledge of complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and development. Proficiency in Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing), core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery), relational databases, data modeling, ETL tools, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML) is required. Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM is also expected. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are vital.
