Full Job Description
EY is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your AEM expertise to develop, customize, and implement solutions that enhance our clients' digital experiences. You will be instrumental in designing and building AEM components, templates, and workflows, ensuring seamless content and asset migration from legacy systems. Working within an Agile Scrum environment, you will collaborate with architects, resolve technical issues, and contribute to estimations. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills who can work effectively with both local and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and publishing configurations.
- Manage AEM assets configurations and customizations.
- Execute content and digital asset migration from legacy systems to AEM and AEM assets.
- Implement robust solutions using Adobe AEM and AEM Assets.
- Create interactive prototypes demonstrating various states and roles.
- Collaborate with Architects to understand and implement design specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, implementing preventative strategies.
- Contribute to development tasks within an Agile Scrum Delivery Team.
- Exhibit strong leadership, including providing constructive feedback and leading by example.
- Participate in the estimation of development tasks.
- Effectively manage and collaborate with remote teams and international offices.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
- Proficiency in front-end or back-end AEM development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience designing and building AEM components, working with JCR and AEM workflows.
- Knowledge of AEM deployment in cloud environments such as Adobe Cloud, AWS, or similar.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
- Working knowledge of Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience addressing cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.
- Hands-on experience integrating AEM with Adobe suite products (Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch).
- Experience with the latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings.
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring AEM systems.
- Experience migrating from other CMS platforms to the latest AEM version is highly desirable.
- Experience with AEM upgrades is a plus.
