The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling, emails, and online platforms. Key duties include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing tailored product/service solutions, maintaining and updating CRM records, following up on leads to drive sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with field sales and other internal teams for seamless operations, preparing sales reports, managing sales pipeline data, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
