Compensation: 2.5 - 3 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist with exceptional communication abilities and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a rapid learner, possess a strong sense of ownership, and be adept at resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a consistently empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions across chat, phone, and offline communication channels.
- Provide high-quality support within an international customer service framework.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
- Investigate customer concerns, pinpoint root causes, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and optimize service delivery performance.
- Work effectively within a 24x7 rotational shift structure, including night shifts, with minimal direct supervision.
- Maintain composure and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mindset, even in demanding situations.
