About the Role
FuturixAI is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Customer Success Engineer to act as a vital link between our advanced technology and our clients' business objectives. This role goes beyond relationship management; you will be the technical architect driving customer success. Collaborating closely with clients, you will gain a deep understanding of their unique workflows and then actively customize our software to precisely meet their specific requirements.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business challenges and translate these into actionable technical requirements.
- Technical Customization: Undertake hands-on development to adapt our platform, scripts, and integrations to align with specific client use cases.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement bespoke workflows that empower clients to derive maximum value from the FuturixAI platform.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Spearhead the technical deployment process, ensuring a smooth and effective transition from the sales phase to active product utilization.
- Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs within the engineering team, championing features that address recurring client pain points.
- Technical Support: Act as the senior technical resource for complex troubleshooting scenarios and performance optimization efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Technical Stack:
- Frontend/Scripting: Demonstrated proficiency in Next.js and TypeScript for developing or modifying client-facing dashboards and interfaces.
- Backend & APIs: Experience with ElysiaJS (or comparable frameworks) and a strong capability in building and consuming RESTful APIs for custom integrations.
- Data Literacy:
- SQL/NoSQL: Ability to construct complex queries in PostgreSQL or MongoDB to assist clients with data migration or custom reporting needs.
- Redis: Understanding of caching mechanisms and session management to support performance tuning within client environments.
- Communication: Exceptional aptitude for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: A 'hacker mindset' with the ability to devise creative solutions to bridge the gap between our core product and client requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and cloud deployment platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel) to facilitate client-side integrations.
- Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time data technologies for clients requiring live monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of authentication systems (OAuth, JWT) to support clients in securing their custom implementations.
- Previous experience in a pre-seed or high-growth startup environment.
