Role Overview:
This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on discussing markets, closing deals, and cultivating enduring client relationships. You will confidently engage with clients, articulate our investment strategies, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively connect with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients by pitching investment products and research services.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives and recommend the most suitable strategies, simplifying complex market concepts to clearly convey value.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term trust with clients, driving repeat business and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Revenue Ownership: Achieve monthly revenue targets and effectively manage the sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock market trends, trading strategies, and SEBI regulations.
- CRM Discipline: Ensure accurate and timely records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and deal closures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or the financial services sector.
- A strong understanding of equity markets, basic derivatives, and trading/investing concepts.
- NISM certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- A results-oriented, target-driven mindset.
