Position Summary
The Customer Team at Deloitte empowers organizations to build deeper customer relationships through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. This team helps Deloitte client service professionals enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth by focusing on customer and commercial strategies, digital product development, innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. Comprised of strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects, the team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services to address significant challenges impacting customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce. They also offer Business Process as a Service to streamline operations and improve efficiency with scalable, technology-enabled managed insights for ongoing transformation and operational excellence.
Role Level: Analyst
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. Your responsibilities will include configuring/custom building user stories, unit testing, documenting designs, and managing deployment. You will support story estimation, gradually taking on more complex tasks, and maintaining a defined velocity. Ensuring quality through thorough unit testing and code coverage is essential. You will adhere to project coding best practices, learn and adopt firm tools, and build rapport with onshore teams. Understanding pipeline setup and DevOps procedures, along with effective time management for meetings and preparation, will be key. You will also learn and adopt new technology stack features, understand their limitations, and grasp the basics of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in consulting or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in configuring Anaplan logics and a solid understanding of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards according to business requirements.
- Experience with various data mining and business intelligence tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.
- Good understanding of planning processes in Sales, Operations, and Finance domains.
- Capability to translate Excel-based model building into multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience participating in AGILE and Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
