Position Overview: Analyst
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. This role offers an opportunity to contribute individually and grow within a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
- Configure/custom build user stories, perform unit testing, and document design and deployment processes.
- Support story estimation based on established guidelines and gradually take on more complex tasks while maintaining defined velocity.
- Ensure quality through thorough unit testing and code coverage.
- Adhere to project coding best practices and learn/adopt firm tools.
- Build rapport with onshore teams and understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures.
- Manage time effectively for meetings and preparation.
- Learn and adopt new technology stack features, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
- Gain foundational knowledge of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in writing Anaplan logics and a solid understanding of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Experience with various data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Microsoft Access.
- Good understanding of planning processes in Sales, Operations, and Finance domains.
- Ability to translate Excel model-building concepts to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience participating in AGILE and Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
