Join Deloitte's Customer Team in India as an Analyst, where you will empower organizations to build deeper customer relationships through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, GenAI, and transformative technologies. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experiences and driving sustained growth by focusing on customer and commercial strategies, digital product development, marketing, commerce, sales, and service.
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. Key responsibilities include configuring and custom-building user stories, conducting unit testing, documenting design and deployment, supporting story estimation, and maintaining project velocity. You will ensure quality through thorough unit testing and adherence to coding best practices, learn firm tools, and build rapport with onshore teams. Understanding pipeline setup, DevOps procedures, and new technology stack features, including the basics of Agentforce/GenAI modules within Salesforce, is essential.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in consulting or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in writing Anaplan logics and strong knowledge of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards.
- Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Microsoft Access.
- Good understanding of planning in Sales, Operations, and Finance domains.
- Ability to translate Excel model-building to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience in AGILE and Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Location:
