Customer & Service Anaplan Analyst

About the Role
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. You will work within the Sales & Service team, where technology drives business impact and innovation is paramount. This global, dynamic group delivers end-to-end solutions, advising on strategy, implementing advanced CRM and back-office platforms, and enabling continuous business improvement. You will collaborate with creative minds to transform sales models, elevate service excellence, and optimize customer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure/custom build user stories and perform unit testing.
- Document designs and deployment processes.
- Support story estimation and maintain defined velocity.
- Ensure quality through thorough unit testing and code coverage.
- Adhere to project coding best practices and firm tools.
- Build rapport with onshore teams.
- Understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures.
- Manage time effectively for meetings and preparation.
- Learn and adopt new tech stack features and understand their limitations.
- Gain basic understanding of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in writing Anaplan logics and understanding of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools (e.g., Hyerion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Microsoft Access).
- Good understanding of planning processes in Sales, Operations, and Finance domains.
- Ability to translate Excel-based model building to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience participating in AGILE and Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Location:
