Customer & Sales Service Anaplan Analyst
Summary
The Customer Team at Deloitte is focused on building deeper customer relationships through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, GenAI, transformative technologies, and creative design. They empower client service teams to enhance customer experiences, drive sustained growth, and create customer value via customer and commercial strategies, digital product innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. This team comprises strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects who balance business strategy, technology, and creativity to solve critical problems impacting customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce. They also offer Business Process as a Service to streamline operations and achieve efficiency through scalable, technology-enabled managed insights.
Position Overview
As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within established timelines. This role requires proficiency in configuring and custom-building user stories, conducting unit testing, and documenting designs and deployments. You will support story estimation, maintain defined velocities, and ensure quality through thorough unit testing and code coverage, adhering to project coding best practices.
Key responsibilities include learning and adopting firm tools, building rapport with onshore teams, understanding pipeline setup and DevOps procedures, and managing time effectively for meetings and preparation. You will also learn and adopt new tech stack features, understand their limitations, and gain foundational knowledge of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in writing Anaplan logics and a solid understanding of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
- Good understanding of planning processes in Sales, Operations, and Finance domains.
- Ability to translate Excel-based model-building to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience participating in AGILE and Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
