Anaplan Analyst - Customer & Service Solutions
Deloitte's Customer Team is seeking an Anaplan Analyst to join their dynamic Sales & Service team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This role involves configuring and custom-building Anaplan solutions, unit testing, documenting designs, and supporting story estimation within Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality work products, adhere to project coding best practices, and understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures. You will also learn new Anaplan features and potentially basic GenAI modules within Salesforce. The Sales & Service team delivers end-to-end solutions, advising on strategy, implementing CRM platforms, and enabling continuous business improvement, with a focus on transforming sales models, elevating service, and optimizing customer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure/custom build Anaplan user stories, unit test, document design and deployment.
- Support story estimation and maintain defined velocity.
- Ensure quality through thorough unit testing and code coverage.
- Follow project coding best practices and build rapport with onshore teams.
- Understand pipeline setup and DevOps procedures.
- Learn and adopt new Anaplan tech stack features and understand their limitations.
- Learn basics of Agentforce/GenAI modules and their configuration within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in writing Anaplan logics and overall knowledge of database concepts.
- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
- Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools (e.g., Hyerion, SAP BPC, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Microsoft Access).
- Good understanding of planning in Sales, Operations & Finance domains.
- Ability to translate model-building from Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
- Experience participating in AGILE, Waterfall scrum sessions.
- Understanding of relational database theory.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
