Join Danfoss in Minneapolis, MN as a Customer Service Representative and become the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will expertly manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing, while providing proactive support via email, phone, and customer portal updates. You will serve as a key advisor, offering valuable information and suggestions to assist customers and contribute to their satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and fellow Customer Service colleagues. You will leverage proficiency in ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, internal information portals, and EDI processes. Opportunities exist to support and manage customer escalations, promoting quality and continuous improvement. We seek active listeners with strong relationship-building skills, capable of multitasking and managing diverse customer processes.
