Knowles Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Itasca, IL. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and will work closely with the Inside Sales team. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, accurately processing orders and contracts, and efficiently resolving customer-related issues, including shipping, returns, and pricing inquiries, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for nominated accounts, offering support and fulfilling special requests. This position involves coordinating with internal departments, such as Quality, to address concerns and implement corrective actions. Regular attendance at required meetings is expected.
