Customer Service Representative

Vernovis, a leading Total Talent Solutions provider for Technology, Cybersecurity, and Finance & Accounting functions, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Highland Hills, OH. This role is crucial for providing operational support to our temporary staffing client base, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, billing, and funding activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulously verifying payroll and billing data, resolving discrepancies, and responding professionally to client inquiries with analytical precision. Key tasks include new customer setup, data entry, maintaining multiple customer databases with high accuracy, processing credits/rebills, and transmitting accounting and payment reports. You will also advise clients on optimizing their payroll and billing workflows, deliver ongoing training and technical support, and proactively identify and escalate potential risks. This is a full-time, onsite position with an emphasis on meticulous attention to detail, strong accounting principles understanding, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
