Your responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently processing a variety of banking transactions, managing a cash drawer, receiving payments, and adeptly resolving customer service issues. A key aspect of this role involves proactively identifying customer needs through insightful questioning and referring them to appropriate services, products, and digital banking options.
