Customer Support & Voice Process Executive Opportunity in Noida

We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals, both graduates and undergraduates, for Customer Support and Voice Process roles. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in the BPO or International Voice Process sector. Strong communication skills are paramount for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire customer service workflow.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather valuable feedback.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer superior customer support.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with customers over the phone.
• Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive and memorable experience.
• Execute voice process operations with high standards of professionalism.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

• Open to graduates and undergraduates.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process or BPO is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and customer handling abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts and a commitment to work from the office are required.

Work Schedule:

• 5 or 6 days of work per week, depending on the specific process.
• Rotational shifts are standard.
• Shift windows include 24x7 for male candidates (early morning, night shifts) and a defined window of 6 AM – 8 PM for female candidates.
• Shifts are typically any 9–10 hours.

Compensation and Perks:

• CTC Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
• In-hand Salary Expectation: ₹20,800 to ₹35,000 per month.

Selection Process:
