Customer Service Engineer

Zbox Vision Automation Pvt. Ltd. in Odhav, Ahmedabad, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer or Service Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a BE/Diploma in Electrical, EC, Electronics, or Instrumentation and 1 to 3 years of experience, or ambitious freshers looking to start their career in a growing industry.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end service lifecycle of our automation systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of systems across India.
• Conducting offline internal testing of systems at our factory in Odhav.
• Executing thorough software and hardware testing.
• Providing essential customer support and troubleshooting, both online and offline.
• Ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong understanding of Automation, PLC, PC, control panels, and electrical wiring.
• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring.
• Proven customer handling experience.
• A willingness to travel extensively throughout India for service assignments.
