Role Overview:

Ero Groups is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Operations Department in Hosūr, Tamil Nadu (Erode). Key Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and managing walk-in clients effectively.
• Taking responsibility for client follow-ups and coordinating site visits.
• Maintaining strong relationships by providing support, information, and guidance to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Any).
• Freshers with up to 1 year of total work experience are preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.
