Role Description The Customer Relations Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, order updates, and service requests. This full-time, on-site role in Madhavaram involves maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting overall customer satisfaction through proactive communication. The executive will coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions, gathering feedback to improve services, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information.

Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or export-oriented industries, is beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; strong spoken and written communication in English and local languages is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
