Join the Thales Digital Banking and Payment Services team as a Customer Operations and Support Engineer (Level 1) in Noida, India. You will provide essential Tier I technical support and incident management for our hosted and managed services. As part of a global, 24/7 support team, you will utilize service monitoring to ensure adherence to customer service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain customer contact for request and incident management.
• Deliver Tier I technical support for hosted and managed services, escalating critical issues to Tier II.
• Perform service monitoring and execute predefined actions, escalating as needed.
• Support recurring service operations for hosted and managed services.
• Participate in the transition from setup to production by reviewing service documentation, monitoring, and internal tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Linux or Unix administration.
• Proficiency in AWS/Cloud environments.
• Experience with Unix or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, call handling, escalation procedures, incident management, and customer relationship management.
• Required experience in AWS or any cloud services.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• A Degree in Engineering is mandatory.

• Experience in technical support.
