Full Job Description

As a Customer Help Desk Specialist at SS&C Technologies in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. This hybrid position requires a proactive approach to managing assigned tasks and maintaining Service Level Agreements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating invoices and resubmitting them with the appropriate Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Resolving billing errors and disputed charges.
  • Processing credits for identified billing inaccuracies.
  • Providing clear explanations for invoices by consulting sales contracts and relevant billing notes to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives, client services, and other internal teams to resolve billing inquiries.
  • Responding to inbound calls received on the Finance Hotline.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 2-3+ years of experience in Order to Cash processes. Essential skills include strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, a quick learning aptitude, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines. A collaborative mindset, a proven ability to improve process efficiencies, and a proactive, self-starter attitude are highly valued. The ability to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions is critical.
