Role: Custom Software Engineering Lead

Summary: As an Accenture lead engineer based in Chennai, you will own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions. You will guide teams through design and delivery, setting development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React.js, collaborating effectively to manage team performance.
• Makes critical decisions for the engineering team and contributes to cross-functional strategies.
• Solve complex problems within your immediate team and across multiple departments.
• Drive adoption of best practices and development standards to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with various teams for seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Must Have: Proficiency in React.js, component-based architecture, state management techniques, front-end performance optimization, responsive design principles, modern JavaScript frameworks, debugging, testing, and deployment experiences.
• Good to have: Experience with other relevant libraries within the React ecosystem as needed by business objectives.

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in React.js specifically, leading to a Senior level profile.
