About the Role

You will help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. You will drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology services.

• Requirements: Collaborate with Project Manager and/or marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives by carefully reviewing briefs, seeking clarification before build, and highlighting risks (if any).
• Creative Integration: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the seamless integration of visual elements into HTML templates.
• Email Template Development: Design and develop HTML email templates from PSDs optimized for various email clients, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices. Implement dynamic content using personalization languages like AMPscript or SSJS.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing to verify email rendering across different email clients/devices to ensure consistent display and functionality. Identify and resolve any HTML/CSS-related issues.
• Data Hygiene: Fully understand ticketing request management tools, accurately record updates/data points/timestamps for a seamless campaign experience.
• Adherence: Adhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with checklists and process documents to carry out all required tasks. Complete all required reports so that accurate numbers are reported to both client and leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across various email clients and devices.
• Email Design Best Practices: Understanding of email design principles, user experience (UX) considerations, and email deliverability best practices.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Experience in testing emails across different devices/email clients to identify/resolve rendering issues.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy/consistency in coding/email rendering.
