Custom Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Mandatory proficiency in Python Frameworks with strong hands-on application development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills required.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration (CI) practices essential.
• Strong grasp of application development and performance optimization techniques.
• Prior knowledge of MySQL or Java is considered a good-to-have skill.
• Proven experience developing database-driven applications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern software development best practices required.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3+ years dedicated experience in Python Frameworks or Python Development is mandatory (Note: Role Experience Range indicates 5-6 Years).
• Possess strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting expertise.
• Demonstrate capacity to work independently while contributing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability for effective collaboration within teams.
• Holds at least 15 years of full-time education completion is mandatory.
