Full Job Description
Role: Custom Software Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the entire stack — Python backend services and React frontend — collaborating closely with product, design, and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI / Django).
- Develop responsive, performant React frontends with reusable component libraries.
- Write clean, testable code with unit and integration test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
- Debug production issues and contribute to incident resolution.
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployment readiness.
Required Skills:
- Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) — 3+ years experience.
- React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS — 3+ years experience.
- REST API design and consumption.
- SQL and at least one NoSQL database (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Git, basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins).
- Agile / Scrum working practices.
